Common Questions
There are a lot of questions and "mysteries" about hypnotherapy and hypnosis. Find answers to some of the more common questions below, as well as questions and answers about undergoing treatment at Natasia Hypnotherapy.

What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis feels like a deep state of relaxation. You may find it feeling similar to a state of deep meditation. You become more aware of your subconscious mind.

Do you accept my insurance?
At the moment we are not accepting any insurance.

Will you make me do something with which I am not comfortable?
You will never be made doing something you are not comfortable. You will be introduced to the general techniques of the hypnosis process before the process begins, and if you are not comfortable with what will be done you can be offered an at-home audio experience to go into hypnosis by yourself and try it out outside of the session, and then decide if you're ready for the session.

Who is going to be in control during Hypnosis?
You are in control during the entire session. You would only accept the suggestions that are given to you if you feel if it is in your interest to do so. We’re working with your internal values and beliefs, and these are what you are actively trying to change.

When would I notice the change?
It varies based on individual. Usually there are three possibilities: 1. You may notice the change during the session; 2. You may notice the change after the session; 3. You may notice the change looking back after a while. After each session each client will be provided a complimentary personalized Transformational audio recording that is tailor made for the individual, it's highly recommended to listen to the Transformational audio for at least 21 consecutive days, because it generally takes 21 days for a new habit to form in the brain.
